How to Clear Disney Plus App Cache and Data on Any Device

How to Clear the Disney Plus Cache and Data using Any Streaming Device

Clearing the cache on your Disney Plus app varies on each device. Check the steps below on how you can do it with the device you are using. Keep in mind to select All time for the Time range and check the boxes for Cookies, Site Data, Cached Images, Cached Files, and Saved data.

Clear Disney+ Cache on Chrome Browser

  1. Launch your Chrome browser.
  2. Go to More Tools.
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Set the Time Range and then click the boxes to delete.
  5. Now, click Clear Data.

  1. On your Android mobile phone or tablet, navigate to Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Look for Disney Plus
  4. Select Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.

  1. On your Amazon Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, open the Settings menu.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. Go to Manage Installed Applications.
  4. Click Disney+.

  1. Go to the History option on your Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Select Clear Recent History.

  1. On your Android TV, open the Settings menu.

  2. Select History.

  3. Click Apps.
  4. Highlight Disney+.
  5. On your controller, press the Menu button.
  6. Click Manage App.
  7. Clear the Saved data.

  1. On your Safari browser, go to Preferences.
  2. Click Privacy.
  3. Select Manage Website Data.
  4. Click Remove All.
  5. Confirm by clicking Remove Now.

  2. Select Storage.
  3. Open System Storage.
  4. Click Saved Data.
  5. Highlight Disney+.
  6. Click Options.
