Manage and Remove Devices Using your Disney Plus Account

If you are a fan of Disney movies, you can stream your favorite shows on Disney Plus with a subscription. There are hundreds of options for you ranging from classic movies to the new ones. But, Disney Plus is more than just a streaming service you can watch on your smart TV. You can use your Disney+ account on other devices as well.

According to Disney Plus, users can stream up to four different devices simultaneously in their accounts. You can stream on your iPhone/iOS, Android phone, PlayStation 4, or Amazon Fire TV all at once. Other devices compatible for streaming Disney Plus content are Roku streamers, Xbox One, Samsung Smart TV, and LG Smart TV.

While allowing more devices on your Disney Plus account is convenient for a family or group of friends, it is also prone to hacking. One way to fix this problem is to manage who has access to your account by removing devices from your Disney+ account that you think are suspicious.

How Do I Remove Devices From My Disney Plus Account?

One way to remove all devices is to log out of your account. When you log out, it will apply to all devices and force other devices to sign out. Here’s how to do this in your browser or the Disney+ app.

Log Out of All Devices on Disney Plus using your Web Browser

  1. On your computer, open any browser.
  2. Go to disneyplus.com.
  3. Login to your account.
  4. On the top right corner, hover to your avatar.
  5. Select Log out.
  6. To log out on all devices, Select Account instead of Log out.
  7. Click Log out of all devices.
  8. Type your password.
  9. Click Log out.

Log Out of All Devices using the Disney Plus App

  1. Launch your Disney+ app.
  2. At the bottom right corner, tap on your avatar.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Log out of all devices.

There are times when you have to wait before it will log out of all your devices. After logging out of all your devices, you can change your password to prevent future hacking. Regularly changing your password will help avoid any suspicious access to your account.
