  • Enter sfc /scannow.
  • Once done, enter DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth.
  • After the scan, enter DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

Method #3 – Remove and Reinstall Microsoft Teams

  • First, launch the Control Panel on your Windows 10 or 11 PC.
  • Go to Programs.
  • Select Programs and Features.
  • Look for Microsoft Teams.
  • Uninstall it.
  • Now, launch File Explorer. You can also press Windows key + E.
  • Go to Program Files.
  • Navigate to Windows Apps.
  • Look for Microsoft Teams.
  • Delete all folders related to Microsoft Teams.
  • Now, reinstall a fresh version of the app.

Method #4 – Create a New User Account

  • Launch the Settings menu of your Windows 10 or 11 PC.
  • Go to Accounts.
  • Select Family & other users.
  • Navigate to Other users.
  • Click the Add account button.
  • Select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information.
  • Follow the sign-in process.
  • Reboot your computer.
  • Now, sign in using your new account.
