Netflix is one of the biggest streaming service provider nowadays but that does not mean it has no problems of its own at all. There are several errors reported while using Netflix and it prevents users from continuing to watch their favorite shows.

When you encounter the Netflix error code M7399-1260-00000026 or M7363-1260-00000026, there may be different reasons why it happens. There may be components that are not updated or disabled. You may not have enough storage for Netflix to continue streaming. Whatever is the cause of the error, there are several ways on how you can fix it.

Method #1 – Refresh Your Browser

There may be a problem with your browser so quick refresh will help fix it. Look for the Reload icon along the address bar and click to refresh.

Method #2 – Update Your Browser

Your browser may have pending updates that you need to install. Try to check for these updates and install them to help fix the error. To check if there are existing updates, go to the About Page of your browser. Available updates will appear, otherwise, it will tell you that your browser is currently up to date.

Method #3 – Restart your Computer

If the methods above do not work, try restarting your computer. Then, relaunch Netflix and check if the error still exists. You can choose to shut down your computer and wait for a few seconds before restarting it.

Method #4 – Perform Disk Cleanup to Save Storage Space

  • Open the File Explorer. You can also press Windows key + E.
  • Select This PC and choose the drive that you want to clean up. In this case, select C:
  • Right-click C: drive icon and click Properties.
  • Go to the General tab and select Disk Clean-up
  • Check the files that you want to delete and click OK.
  • Click Delete Files to confirm.

Method #5 – Clear Your Browsing Data

  • On the toolbar, click the Menu button or the three-dotted icon.
  • Click Settings.
  • Look for Advanced and select to open.
  • Look for Privacy and security. Select Clear Browsing Data.
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Look for the Time range and click the drop-down arrow.
  • Choose All time.
  • Now, try to uncheck all options except for Cookies and other site data.
  • Click Clear data.
