  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to the upper right corner.
  • Check the Bell icon for any pending alert.
  • Follow the instructions to resolve the alert.

Method #5 – Re-Add your Payment Details

  • Open Google Play Store on an Android mobile device.
  • On the top left corner, tap the three-lined icon.
  • Select Account.
  • Go to Payment Methods.
  • Choose More Payment Settings.
  • Remove your current payment details.
  • Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
  • Enter your payment information again.

Method #6 – Update Google Play Store App

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet.
  • Tap your Profile Picture.
  • Select Settings.
  • Choose About.
  • Tap Play Store Version.
  • Install available updates.
  • Restart your device.
