Log into Zoom Website to Delete the Recurring Meeting Instead of Using the App

If you see error code 3190 while you’re trying to delete a recurring meeting from the Zoom app, you can attempt to delete it instead from Zoom’s web version. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the web login page to access your Zoom account. 
  2. After logging in, proceed to the navigation menu and choose the Meeting option. 
  3. Choose the topic of the recurring meeting. 
  4. Head over to the Upcoming tab and look for the recurring meeting you wish to delete. 
  5. Hover over this meeting and click Delete. 
  6. You will see a verification popup with two options: Delete All Occurrences or Delete This Occurrence. 
  7. If you wish to delete just one meeting, click or Delete This Occurrence. If you like to delete all of the meeting’s occurrences, click Delete All Occurrence.

Reboot your Computer or Mobile Device 

You can also try to reboot your device before opening the Zoom app again to check if the error is gone. All you have to do is close Zoom and other apps currently running on your device. Turn off your device and reboot it after a minute. Check if it removed the error

Update Windows to the Latest Version

Your Windows must be updated to the latest version. To check if there are available updates, just use the shortcut Win + X to open Settings. Go to Settings, choose Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. If an update is available, see to it that you install it right away to see if it fixes the issue.
