Samsung Smart TV users can now enjoy Apple Music content thanks to the recent collaboration by the two tech giants. Another partnership between Apple and Samsung will make Apple Music app available to the recent editions of Samsung Smart TVs. This will be the first time that Apple Music app is offered to any smart TV platform aside from the Apple TV.
But, it is not the first time Samsung and Apple are in partnership. Last 2019, Samsung was the first smart TV to access the Apple TV app.
What to Expect from Apple Music
The Apple Music app on Samsung Smart TV will include the full range of Apple Music content. Subscribers can enjoy playlists, videos, and radio stations from the app. You can also stream ad-free songs, watch music videos and live streams, and get access to exclusive shows and contents. There are available original shows and trending concerts.
Prior to the announcement, the Spotify contender can only be accessed to non-Apple TVs by using the Apple TV digital media player device. Now, you can get it directly on your smart TV.
How to Set up Apple Music App on your Samsung Smart TV

First, go to the Smart TV app store. Search for the Apple Music app and download it. Install it just like any other app. Once you have the app installed, you will need to sign up for a subscription to use the music streaming app. You can sign it also using your existing Apple ID.
The Apple Music app is available for $9.99 per month. Other plans include $4.99 for students and $14.99 for families with up to 6 shared users. However, users can also try the Apple Music app free for 3 months. If you don’t have an Apple Music subscription yet, you can also apply directly from your smart TV.
