Solution 1 – Update your Pandora App

A quick update can install the latest version of the app and resolve the problem with error code 3005. To install the latest updates, go to the Google Play Store and search for Pandora. You will see the option Update. Click to start installing the latest updates.

Solution 4 – Clear Pandora Radio Cache

Too much data on your Pandora’s cache can also be the reason why you are getting the error. It is also good to clear the cache.

But, take note that clearing the cache may also delete all the music that you have downloaded, though you can still check them on your account and download again.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click Apps and select App Manager.
  • Click Pandora.
  • Select Storage.
  • Tap Clear Cache.
  • Next, click Cached data.
  • Choose Clear.

Solution 5 – Uninstall and Reinstall the Pandora App

If all comes to fail, try to uninstall and reinstall your Pandora Radio app again. It will refresh your app and give you the default settings.

  • Go to Settings and select Apps.
  • Click App Manager.
  • Look for Pandora and click to open.
  • Click Uninstall. A confirmation will appear.
  • Click OK to confirm.
  • After you uninstall your app, restart your phone.
  • To reinstall the app, go to the Play Store.
  • Type Pandora and click the Pandora app.
  • Click Install.
  • Click Accept to give permission and wait for the process to finish.
  • Once done, open the app and see if the error still exists.
