You can play Cyberpunk 2077 on Stadia, Xbox One, Windows 10, and PlayStation 4 console. It will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S by 2021. If you don’t like playing the game or do not feel it’s worth your money, there are ways on how to get a refund depending on the device you used to purchase it.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available after 14 days of the first purchase of the game. Xbox does not guarantee a refund after submitting a request.

Users who have purchased a pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 game are only eligible to get a refund. Games purchased post-launch are non-refundable. If you have pre-ordered the game more than 14 days before its launch, you can have it refunded anytime until the release of the game. But, if you have purchased in less than 14 days of the release date, you can still request a refund within 14 days after your purchase.

Like most platforms, Steam also offers refunds to game purchased within 14 days after purchase.

For PC gamers who have purchased from Microsoft Store the physical edition of the game, go to your Microsoft Store account. Navigate to your Order History. Look for Cyberpunk 2077 and Request a return.

Try sending a request for a refund to your game platforms. If you failed to do so, CD Projekt Red also said to send a request through their email, [email protected].
