Those three Netflix error codes have similar causes and triggers that’s why they also share similar methods of troubleshooting to fix the problem.

Solution #1 – Select Try Again

The first thing you can do to fix the error is to click the Try Again button on your device’s screen. It may help in connecting you back to Netflix. You can also just wait it out while Netflix is trying to reconnect.

Solution #2 – Power Cycle your Modem or Router

  • First, unplug your device, modem, and router.
  • Wait for at least 1 minute and plug in your modem.
  • Once the modem is connected, plug in your router.
  • Wait for the router to fully connect before plugging in your device.
  • Try launching Netflix again.

Solution #3 – Sign Out of Netflix

  • Go to Settings and click Sign Out.
  • Confirm with a Yes.
  • After signing out completely, sign back in and connect to Netflix.

Solution #4 – Connect your Device Directly to the Modem

This process will help strengthen your Internet connection. Using an Ethernet cable, bypass the router connection, and directly connect to your modem. Now, relaunch Netflix and check if the error still exists.
