Hi Gustav,
we were having the exact same issue just now. Trying everything you mentioned as well and nothing helped.
And then we unplugged the TV from electricity and viola, it works !
Solution #1 (Restart the TV) solved the problem. Thank you!
Solution #1 fixed my Wi-Fi problem, thank you.
Hello ! I was having the same issue and went through 100 network resets and even reset my router. My wifi was working on every other device, so I knew this had to be an issue with the tv. As practical as it sounds I didn’t think to unplug the power cable, but solution 1 worked like a charm. Thank you !!!!
How long do you unplug the TV for? I’ve tried everything, I’ve unplugged the tv for 2-3 min & I still can’t connect to my wifi. It’s such a nightmare 😩
I read somewhere on here: turn on tv for at least 5 mins pull plug lv off at least 20 mins then reconnect.
Solution #1 worked for me. I followed the directions exactly amd made sure the TV was on for at least 5 minutes, then pulled the plug and left it unplugged for over 20 minutes. When I plugged it back in and went to network settings my home network was finally showing up (as well as all my neighbors which is normal – no networks were showing b4) and I was able to connect!
I have tried everything no luck
I tried everything. When I click on wireless it just loads and then stops, the list on wireless networks does not even show up. HELP!
