Short and sweet is what makes people come around these days. If you happen to say things on your mind for an hour or two, you end up with an empty space on the audience seats. People like to show videos that only last for seconds or minutes the most. Beyond that, they tend to move to the next one since there are too many good choices to pass up.

That is the reason why TikTok is a hit, and social media companies like Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube also offer similar platform services. Instagram did it as well when it created and launched its own social app feature for entertaining short clips and videos, namely Instagram Reels

The TikTok-cloned social media tool enables you to create entertaining but short videos for only 15 seconds on Instagram. You can add music, sound effects, and other user-generated media to your video to make it more attractive.

But, as you log in and browse through the Instagram Reels section of your Instagram mobile app, you may encounter an error message saying, “We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” With only a short period of time to spare, you have to be entertained with short video clips on Instagram. Seeing an issue that blocks and hinders you from watching the video reels might make you feel annoyed and disappointed.

  1. None of those steps above works.

The root of this issue mostly comes from the video editor you used earlier while creating the video.
I suggest you upload the already edited reel video into another simple video editors like “inshot”… (Don’t do anything) just export.

Then go back to Instagram to upload, and you won’t get those errors any more.

    Thanks
