Apple strives to offer its users the best quality of smartphones. Launching new iPhone products gives users the option for upgraded performance and a better experience. If you are currently using an iPhone 11, you can enjoy a dual-lens rear camera, ultra-wide camera lenses, 4K video at 60 frames per second, and a 6.1″ liquid retina display.

Recently, Apple announced that there is an issue with the iPhone 11 display module. The display may no longer respond to touch, and it can affect usage and performance. According to the tech giant, devices manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020 will be affected.

To help its users resolve the touch screen display issue, Apple is offering a free iPhone 11 display repair program. Users will need to be eligible to avail of the free service repair.

Users with iPhone 11 devices bought within two years after the first retail sale are eligible for the free repair. The iPhone devices must not have any damage that will affect the service of the display module. Your phone must not have any cracked screen. Otherwise, there will be an added cost for the additional repair of the damage.

Take note that the Display Repair Program will not extend the warranty coverage of your iPhone 11 device. Apple may also restrict the repair of your iPhone 11 to where the country or region you purchased it.
