Why Can’t I Get a Refund on Google Play Store?

If you want to get a refund from Google Play, you also need to act on the request soon otherwise, there is a greater chance of hassle and complications.

Google also offers authentication on Google Play Store to prevent accidental purchases. But, if you turned off the authentication, it is likely that Google will deny or reject your refund request.
