Nothing helped..
I did the 3 button reset on my phone and keeps giving processing failed messages.. i did reset my password but still processinh failed. Already removed sim.. did not work either
I’m facing the same problem. Did you get any solution? Nothing working
I have a Note 4 that was working properly until i did the factory reset.
I used the correct Samsung account to login but it gives me the Processing failed message
Tried all of the above but nothing worked.
@Jean, I to have a note 4 and completed a factory reset, tried everything including contacting Samsung to no avail and as a result I am unable to get beyond the “Processing failed message”. Did you ever get it figured out?
Nothing worked
I’ve done all the methods you’ve recommended but non of them worked and I’m still can’t log in to my Samsung account in my Samsung note 9
So if you still have another way please let me know
Yeah, didn’t work for me. S9+
So here’s something I tried and it actually worked for me, hope it works for you too;
1. Open android settings for your Samsung galaxy smartphone.
2. Navigate to Apps.
3. Select the three point icon on the top right corner and then ‘Show system apps’
4. Select Samsung Account
5. Select ‘App details in store’
6. Tap on Update
7. Sign in to your Samsung account and the Processing Failed error will be solved.
Thank You!! I tried everything and they all didn’t work but this one worked.
OMG thank you so much this worked!!
No such option on S21. >.>;
Awesome!! That’s the only thing that worked for me!! Thanks!!!
no options in galaxy j7 tho
OH MY LORD, thank you so much this fixed the problem for me. you’re the real MVP here
Okay, step 4 is incorrect for my phone, select Samsung Cloud instead. Then follow steps.
#MeToo
“Processing failed”
After reset.
S5
#MeToo. #Angry Factory reset on my S5+. Stuck at ‘processing failed’. General helpdesk told me to contact Samsung Account Team, because they don’t see anything wrong with my phone. Samsung Account Team told me to contact general helpdesk, because my account is working so they think it’s the phone. Yes, real nice Samsung :'(
Dave have you find a way to fix the problem now I am having the same thing
Ooops! I thought there’s a solution at the end… my bad
Thank you so much, it works for me \o/
I found that turning off DEVELOPER OPTIONS fixed the problem. Try that before you try any of the other steps cuz none of them worked but turning off DEVELOPER OPTIONS did work. Also you shouldn’t have to factory reset your phone due to one app acting stupid
Thank bro. It work for me
I tried and it’s working for me. Thanks!
Thank you so much. I troubleshot everything mentioned above except Sim card one. Your advice fixed my problem.
I would put my password in. Then on 2 step verify, it would send the code by text, but phone automatically fill in code. Hit verify and would get process failed message.
Thank You so much! This fix a problem that has been haunting me for days.
I wasted hours with Samsung support.
Thank you so much. I tried and it really worked.
How can i get to settings if the tablet does not get past the Samsung sign in form?
Sadly none of the 6 methods worked…. I can easily log into the account on the web. password resetted a few times. When I don’t use “google login” it said “too many wrong password attempts done, reset your password”. but On the web it worked perfectly…
also. I have a samsung galaxy S21. AND THERE’S NO “LOCAL NETWORK DISABLE” Setting… I’m desperate.
I figured a way to solve it! (Sorry for double posting)
when using method number 5 to login into your account. IN THE WEB VERSION of the site. CHOOSE TO BIND your google account with your samsung account. THEN SIMPLY CHOOSE TO LOGIN WITH THE GOOGLE ACCOUNT. it solved the issue for me! =D
Google is blocked mean me a new phone Samsung account set up keep faile i need help
I tried them all, nothing worked. I tried removing my Samsung account on phone, kept asking for a 2 step verification, enter password and back to processing failed.
I have no problem except one when I will create a Samsung account but when I create one it gets stuck at loading progress, then will say process failed also I can’t go to the account.samsung.com it just keep saying site cannot be reached please help I can’t do anything with my phone
Note edge ……after 4 months did reset pasword and phonenumber i login with all devices but after hard factory reset of edge inkeep getting error on Samsung acount .theybwere so Nice to block the phone becouse factory reset .om site i type the right pe and Simon but than its saus verufication error and i cant het on … Somone a Idea ?
nothing worked can someone help me? my unit is samsung galaxy a32 5g, i cant create account it just says processing failed. i cant open the samsung account sign up page on browser it says cannot be reached..
Something else to check is that Automatic Date and Time is switched on.
I have found this error can occur if Auto Date Time is switched off, turning it on allows the Samsung account login/logoff process to go through correctly
I happened to have deleted my samsung account in that phone from another phone.. but it’s still requesting for a Samsung Account of which when I put mine it’s not working either.. what do I have to do.. I did factory reset, I erased cache but nothing is changing S5
Ok this is ridonkulous. Factory reset S5 for my daughter to use and now when I turn it on it asks for samsung account. Try and log in but keeps saying process failed. Tried changing password and can log in via PC browser no problem, but can’t get past this section of the phone. If I cant get past the samsung account screen Samsung has practically rendered my phone a brick.
