    • #MeToo. #Angry Factory reset on my S5+. Stuck at ‘processing failed’. General helpdesk told me to contact Samsung Account Team, because they don’t see anything wrong with my phone. Samsung Account Team told me to contact general helpdesk, because my account is working so they think it’s the phone. Yes, real nice Samsung :'(

  6. I found that turning off DEVELOPER OPTIONS fixed the problem. Try that before you try any of the other steps cuz none of them worked but turning off DEVELOPER OPTIONS did work. Also you shouldn’t have to factory reset your phone due to one app acting stupid

  7. Sadly none of the 6 methods worked…. I can easily log into the account on the web. password resetted a few times. When I don’t use “google login” it said “too many wrong password attempts done, reset your password”. but On the web it worked perfectly…
also. I have a samsung galaxy S21. AND THERE’S NO “LOCAL NETWORK DISABLE” Setting… I’m desperate.

  8. I figured a way to solve it! (Sorry for double posting)
when using method number 5 to login into your account. IN THE WEB VERSION of the site. CHOOSE TO BIND your google account with your samsung account. THEN SIMPLY CHOOSE TO LOGIN WITH THE GOOGLE ACCOUNT. it solved the issue for me! =D

  13. Something else to check is that Automatic Date and Time is switched on.

I have found this error can occur if Auto Date Time is switched off, turning it on allows the Samsung account login/logoff process to go through correctly

  14. I happened to have deleted my samsung account in that phone from another phone.. but it’s still requesting for a Samsung Account of which when I put mine it’s not working either.. what do I have to do.. I did factory reset, I erased cache but nothing is changing S5

Tried changing password and can log in via PC browser no problem, but can’t get past this section of the phone. If I cant get past the samsung account screen Samsung has practically rendered my phone a brick.
