Method #1 – Wait For a While
Sometimes, it helps to simply wait until it gets past the logo screen. It can be another five or ten minutes. It may be an hour. But, it sometimes gets through and you can start streaming your movies and TV shows again.
Method #2 – Make Sure You Have Sufficient Power Supply
If waiting does not work, try checking the power supply. Your Fire TV Stick needs enough power to load and stream your shows.
