Comcast is adding Crackle to its list of available apps for its Xfinity X1 and Flex users. You can follow the steps below to know how you can watch Crackle on your Comcast device.
- Press the Xfinity button on your voice remote control.
- Select Apps.
- Highlight Crackle and press OK. You may also press the center of your directional pad.
- Now, press the Info button on your voice remote to open the app.
- For a faster way to launch Crackle, all you have to do is say Crackle on your voice remote.

I pay you for an Acorn-TV service. Last night when I accessed Acorn to watch a show, I was switched to Crackle which I had never had happen before (I never heard of Crackle) after I carefully followed directions I finally got my program after watching their commercials only to have it cut into the program and insert some commercials and blank time and coming back to the show at the point it would have been at without the commercial which that I missed key events like the murder because of the commercial. Then I missed the end because of an UH-OH. I PAY FOR A PARTICULAR SERVICE AND THAT IS WHAT I WANT! There are no commercials on ACORN and THAT IS WHAT I WANT. How do I get my proper service back?
