  1. i have the same trouble the tv is sh*t it does not do it on my samsung smart tv and thats 3 times the distance away my panasonic tv is 6 feet away from the router.

  2. I’ve tried it all. Reset, reboot, reconnect, checked password, used Ethernet cable, new router, it will not load anything… not Netflix, not even BBC IPLAYER…

  3. Thank you!!
My TH 55HZ1000 suddenly today would not recognise any wifi network in my house (there were 3 including my phone on hotspot 3 metres from the TV).
Your suggestion to disconnect TV from wall socket for 60 s seems to have resolved the issue. After turning the TV back on it could detect all networks, I re-entered the wifi encryption code and it’s good to go

  4. Nothing worked as I am concerned. My WiFi interface is showing a MAC address of 00-00-00-00-00-00.
I already contacted the Panasonic support and someone came to change the whole electronics within.
Can’t remember the model name but this could be fixed with en update…

  5. My Panasonic TX50CX680B has. 6 yr guarantee, which is running out in less than 4 weeks. So of course its time for it to f up. I can connect to my (500Mb) broadband fine for a while, then the TV decides to lose connection randomly, while everything else connected in the house continues as normal. Clearly a fault in the firmware/hardware – possibly related to more modern wifi standards. Not expecting a fix and will probably just get rid and get a new TV. Annoying though, things just are not built to last these days 🙁

So it not my virgin media it the tv. My tv about 4 years old and it’s a 4k as well. Am sick of this as I will not get a Panasonic tv again.
